ICL and Junia continue their collaboration on the European Ebalanceplus project.
The objective is to develop levers for reducing electricity consumption through reduced or displaced consumption, at the initiative of building occupants or through agreed external control. Three erasure levers have already been identified:
- EV charging stations;
- charging lockers for computers or laptops for students;
- and finally the hot water tanks (cleaning, showers, miscellaneous).
This last idea is currently being explored (practices, rationing, constraints) with discussions with management and staff at the Rizomm and Hôtel Academique sites.
