Performance, governance and risk-taking behaviour of insurance companies, efficiency of capital markets.
Jihéne ghouli-Oueslati holds a phd degree in management science from the Higher Institute of Management. His field of research revolves mainly around two axes ; the first dealing with the issue of performance, governance and risk taking in insurance companies. The second answers the question of financial markets efficiency. She has participated in several conferences and published articles focusing on ownership structure, performance and risk taking of insurance companies, financial markets reaction to political elections issues.
She joined Lille Catholic University on September 01, 2021 as a lecturer in Finance and academic advisor for the bachelor’s program in Accounting, Finance and Audit. She teaches financial mathematics, investment decisions and financial watch to bachelor’s students and financial markets to master’s students.
