Marion Lauwers is a teacher-researcher in Management Sciences. She conducts research on the use of new technologies in the post-adoption phase, the digitalization of the world of work, and the work-family balance of entrepreneurs. Her work is characterized by a constant reflection on the ambivalent effects of the variables studied, as well as by the analysis of the role played by technostress and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
