Sadia Benamrouz-Vanneste is a parasitologist at the FGES (Faculty of Management, Economics and Sciences) and in the ECOPHIP laboratory (Ecology and Physiopathology of Intestinal Protozoa – U1019 – UMR 9017 – CIIL – “Centre d’Infection et d’Immunité de Lille”- Univ. Lille, CNRS, Inserm, CHU Lille, Institut Pasteur de Lille) where she has been working since 2009 on the protozoan parasite Cryptosporidium. Her research interests include the study of the epidemiology, transmission, and pathophysiology of this parasite, combining various molecular, cellular and omics approaches.
