Learning and knowledge creation are recognized as key drivers associated with entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and innovation capacity (IC). Absorptive Capacity (AC) aligns internal innovation development activities with external opportunities, while Organizational Learning Capacity (OLC) promotes entrepreneurial cognitive skills and innovation capacities.
This study aims to:

In addition, national and regional energy transitions can help build resilient economies and societies. Therefore, linking short-term actions to medium and long-term strategies is essential to achieve the Paris Agreement on climate change and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In this context, this analysis aims to explore the main challenges and lessons learned regarding the development of renewable energies. The setting for this study is MENA countries, as examples of growing economies, most of them undergoing sweeping economic and energy reforms.
