>> The first one, “Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Innovation Capability: The Mediating Role of Absorptive Capability and Organizational Learning Capabilities“.

Learning and knowledge creation are recognized as key drivers associated with entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and innovation capacity (IC). Absorptive Capacity (AC) aligns internal innovation development activities with external opportunities, while Organizational Learning Capacity (OLC) promotes entrepreneurial cognitive skills and innovation capacities.

This study aims to:

  2. and to estimate the mediating effect of the OLC and the AC on the relation between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation capacities.

>> The second one is a chapter from the book Advances in Managing Energy and Climate Risks: Financial, Climate and Environmental Sustainable Strategies, titled “Renewable Energy in the MENA Region: Key Challenges and Lessons Learned“.

There is plenty of evidence showing that investments in energy transition can boost GDP and create jobs. In addition, national and regional energy transitions can help build resilient economies and societies. Therefore, linking short-term actions to medium and long-term strategies is essential to achieve the Paris Agreement on climate change and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In this context, this analysis aims to explore the main challenges and lessons learned regarding the development of renewable energies. The setting for this study is MENA countries, as examples of growing economies, most of them undergoing sweeping economic and energy reforms.
