I am Ludovica Evangelista, a PHD student of the “Parthenope” University, based in Naples, Italy, and I am currently attending the second year of doctorate in “Economics, Management and Accounting” in the Business and Economics department.
I am in Universitè Catholique de Lille for a visiting Ph.D student of three months, my tutor is Elisabetta Magnaghi.
My dissertation work is focused on the business crisis; in particular, on the analysis of forecasting models of corporate insolvencies, considering the new pre-alert regulations introduced in the Italian system and already introduced in the French system.
In addition to being a Phd student, I am also working as an accountant and, therefore, the topics I would like to address in the research also have a practical approach.
I would like to concentrate on budget analyses and make a comparisons between different local laws and regulations as part of my research and I am sure that this experience at the university in Lille will be important for this”.
