Monica Scarano will co-present the results of a research project on ‘Tourism and Covid’ on 30 May at the Maison Européenne des Sciences de l’Homme et de la Société. This interdisciplinary project funded by the Hauts-de-France region and the MESHS brings together managers, economists, sociologists and specialists in computer engineering and modelling. Its primary objective is to analyse the direct and indirect effects of the pandemic on the tourism offer and its evolution in the Hauts-de-France region, based on a field survey and interviews.
