Monica Scarano contributed to a responsible marketing book by working on the following case study: “How to reconcile commercial performance and sustainable logistics performance?

This study proposes to address the concept of reverse logistics, which concerns the returns of purchases made on the internet, as well as its rise with digital commerce and its managerial and environmental challenges. The context of a French company (Veepee) is proposed with a managerial issue. In order to allow the students to appropriate the study, two questions are proposed to the students which allow them to use an inductive pedagogy to answer the questions. The answers to the questions are given on the basis of the recent concrete case of the company Veepee and its strategies.
